Shipping Policy
We thank you for choosing the kalaharigrid shop to purchase your products and hope that you are excited to do your planned installation or you can contact us to install one of the packages that you may have in mind. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and this includes a reliable and efficient shipping service that we arrange to get your product/s to you . We do not ship internationally and only offer nationwide shipping within our beautiful country, South Africa and making use of more than one Courier Company for Delivery.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee the delivery when there are breakdowns, strikes/delayed flights/ factory closures due to public holidays or weekends and if you encounter an extended delay, please inform us at consult@kalaharigrid.co.za and also check our return and refund policy for additional info regarding damages and or lost packages.
The kalaharigrid online shop does not hold all the stock on hand at our dispatch address and do use the manufacturers warehouses to supply what we order and once your order is received and delivered to us, we check each product and according to the orders we ship directly to you.

Shipping Method and Delivery
Regarding Shipping we offer Standard Shipping which provides reliable courier services to deliver your order to your designated address. The estimated delivery timeframe is between 7 to 9 business days, depending on your location and the availability of the products in your order.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following two shipping rates for all orders being Free Shipping and then a flat rate shipping: The Free shipping is for products purchases that exceeds R40,000 (South African Rand) and is typically our larger DIY kits . b. Flat rate Shipping is for standard products as well as Bulky and Heavy Items and we will furnish a personalized quotation for such items or the shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.
Order Processing
We process all orders promptly and the standard order processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Please note that over public holidays, peak seasons or when Items with a specific lead time is ordered, the order processing may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
When we have processed and shipped your order, we will via email or a SMS provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used by you to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier’s online tracking portal.
Changing or Cancelling your order
If you need to modify your order, please contact us at consult@kalaharigrid.co.za as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the changes in your order you want to make, but do note that it may not be possible if your order has already been shipped. Delivery challenges and Returns
If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost during transit, please immediately contact our customer support team at consult@klalahrigrid.co.za and also refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
